What are your cut-off times?

Bagel Lovers asks that all standard bagel, cream cheese & pastry orders be placed by 12:00pm for next day delivery.

Specialty items including mini-bagels, specialty pastries be placed 48 hours in advance before 12:00pm.

Orders Placed after 12:00pm will be processed for the next available delivery day.

How do I place my order?

All orders must be placed using our on-line ordering system. We do not accept phone, fax, email or mail orders.

If you have a special need please call our cafe at 717-545-1655 option 4.

What is the minimum order?

$100.00 per delivery. Orders under $100.00 will be assessed a $7.00 delivery fee.

How do I establish a wholesale account?

Click on the new account link on our wholesale site home page and fill out the form. Please read our TOS as this document acts as our "contract". 

Once you submit the form we will contact you and activate the account. All accounts established after 1/1/2022 will require a Credit Card or Checking ACH authorization form on file.

What are your billing terms?

All accounts are assigned a $500.00 revolving credit term. Individual orders are billed at the time of order and out terms are net 14 days. 

Accounts who exceed their assigned credit limit or are past due on any one invoice will be placed in a "Credit Hold" status until the account is has been brought to a zero balance. Accounts on "Credit Hold" for past due invoices will be assessed late fees of 2.5%.

We accept Cash, Check and Money Order for payment, customers wishing to be billed via credit card will be charged a 3% processing fee, customers wishing to be billed ACH check will be billed a 1% processing fee.
